The pool opens toward Biscayne Bay, and the restaurant stretches along the water. Palm Tree Club brings overnight stays, waterfront dining and live music together on Treasure Island. For someone visiting family in North Bay Village, it is a hotel option within the neighborhood itself.
This is a first look, based on the hotel’s own information and the photographs below. We have not reviewed a room or an overnight stay.

There are two neighboring sites in one approved plan. Continuum West is at 1755 Causeway. Continuum East includes the Palm Tree Club site at 1819 and 1855. The approved agreement calls West phase one and East phase two.
The records we reviewed do not establish a closing or demolition date for Palm Tree Club. The agreement wording approved by the Village allows the existing East buildings to keep operating. That is not a promise that the hotel will stay forever.
It’s kinda like planning to rebuild a house while people still live there. The future plan and today’s use can exist at the same time. A plan alone is not a moving date.

k. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to limit Owner’s ability to continue to operate and manage the existing improvements at Continuum East, except that the operational terms of this Agreement or of the Approval Ordinance, including without limitation sections addressing noise, hours of operation, and hours of construction, shall not be applicable to the use of the existing improvements at Continuum East.
The Village approved this wording on June 17, 2025. The agreement attached to the archive copy has blank signature fields, so it does not prove that the agreement was later signed and recorded. Records reviewed September 29, 2026.
The hotel from the water

These three hotel images were supplied from the Palm Tree Club Miami hotel website. They show an earlier view of the property; they should not be read as a current picture of the surrounding skyline or construction.
Continuum is going up next door
The neighboring site is Continuum Club & Residences, at 1755 John F. Kennedy Causeway. In the street photograph below, its concrete structure and cranes are on the left, while Palm Tree Club’s hotel entrance is on the right. They occupy different sites within the same approved Continuum Waterfront District plan.
