Why this record exists
North Bay Village is changing quickly. The useful starting point is not a prediction; it is a dated record of what was actually visible.
This first walk preserved the Treasure Island marker, active construction sites, neighborhood storefronts, the bay and a marina edge. Each image is tied to its original file so future updates can show change rather than rely on memory.
What comes next
The next reporting pass will add official documents, project contacts and resident questions. Dates, unit counts, access rules and opening timelines will stay out of the verified record until the underlying source is attached.
