What we saw from the sidewalk.
The fence carries the Pagani name. Through the entrance: gravel, material piles, and a crane near the water. The second photo records the 7940 West Drive address printed on the fence panels.
These September 19 photographs provide a dated baseline for comparing future views of the site.
The address on the fence
The second view preserves the Pagani Residences name and the 7940 West Drive address printed on the site fencing. The architectural imagery printed on those panels is project marketing; it is not a photograph of a completed building.
What these photographs establish
These images document visible site conditions, signage and the surrounding streetscape. They do not establish a construction milestone, an approved program, a completion date or public access to the waterfront.
